When does Happy Mail go out?  We send out your Happy Mail on the third Monday of each month.

When do sign ups close?  Sign ups for the next mailing close at midnight CST Monday one week prior to mail date.

What can I expect in my Happy Mail? It will vary from month to month, but you can look for some combination of stickers, "clean" jokes or riddles, little magnets, bookmarkers, puzzle blocks or coloring blocks, notes about Elle's world, inspirational quotes, etc.  Some months may have a theme, and some months might just be random fun!

Do you send internationally? For now, only US and Canada, but that may change!  

How can I cancel my subscription?  We hate to see you go, but we understand.  Simply email us at happymailfromelle@gmail.com.  Your email must be timestamped by midnight CST on Monday the week prior to mail date.  

Can I renew if I cancel?  Absolutely!  We would love to see you come back!  

What if I don't get my Happy Mail for the month?  We ask that you allow ten business days to receive your Happy Mail, but then please email us at happymailfromelle@gmail.com.  We will be happy to resend it to you!   

 

How does the bonus monthly drawing work?  We put everyone's name/email on an online "random name picker" such as wheelofnames.com or pickerwheel.com, and then we just spin it! 

How will I know if I have won?  You will get an email from Elle on mailing day so you can start watching for an extra special delivery.

Can I win the bonus monthly drawing more than once?  Yes, everyone on the monthly mailing list goes into the drawing, even if you have won before.
